PTCL’s Customer’s Bad Experiences by Tirmizi

Over the years I have been having series of bad experiences one after the other.

The customer support of PTCL is unfortunately worst, for a company that has had monopoly and no shortage of funds this seems to be a really sad picture …

Calling on the PTCL helpline 1218 for solution of your issues is not a good experience either … it takes an average of 15-20 mins (Average) I have been on hold for over 50 mins too … just hearing the IVR.

Most of my work involves staying online 24/7 so I can’t afford waiting on there own convinient time for resolution of the issue.

The management is totally unprofessional unfortunately. People had tons of issues in its service, billing, customer services…

I even bought the domain http://www.ptclsucks.com just for the purpose of blogging about my bad experiences. But good for them that I was not able to find the time to upload my thoughts.

But atleast now I’ll have this video uploaded and a discussion board started so that people would have a place to launch there complaints against this company.

And I’ll have my guys :D spray pain the URL on the walls of PTCL Headquarter so they’d take notice .. Just kidding … I have ways and means to get my opinions across ..

Fiinally, during my quest to asking a few guys for this video. I did come across a few guys who were satisfied with the service, so its not all bad I’d say for everyone… or perhaps they had more patience then me … or can afford there “Nailakiyaan”
